What is the difference between a car wash and detailing?
A car wash primarily removes loose exterior dirt using automated equipment or a basic rinse. Professional detailing is a hands-on, multi-step process that can include interior cleaning, bonded contaminant removal from paint surfaces, material-specific treatment, machine polishing and surface protection — depending on the package. A wash maintains; detailing improves and protects.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes. We come to your home, your office parking lot or another approved location in Palm Beach County. Site requirements depend on the service, and we confirm them when you book.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
We confirm water, power and site requirements with you when you book. They depend on the service and the location.
Do you serve all of Palm Beach County?
Yes. We cover all 39 incorporated municipalities in Palm Beach County and many unincorporated communities. More distant areas, such as the Glades, are served on set route days. If you’re not sure about your area, ask on the estimate form.
Can you detail my vehicle at a condo or apartment?
Possibly. First confirm with your property management or HOA that on-site detailing is allowed. Property rules, workspace limits, runoff restrictions and security access vary widely. Check before you book and note your property type on the estimate form.
Why does my vehicle's condition affect the price?
A vehicle in ordinary maintenance condition takes a predictable amount of time and materials. Heavy pet hair, embedded sand, severe stains, biological contamination, neglected surfaces or significant paint issues need more labor, tools and time. Photos before the appointment help us estimate accurately, and we confirm the scope with you before any work starts.
How do you determine my vehicle's size class?
We use three classes: Sedan/Coupe, SUV/Truck and Van/XL. We classify by make, model, configuration and usable interior space, not just the registration label. We confirm your class from the photos and details you send when you book.
Can you remove every stain?
No, and we won’t promise it. Results depend on the contaminant, the fabric or surface, the age of the stain and whether earlier treatments set it further. We use the right professional process and document the result, but we don’t guarantee that any stain will disappear completely.
Can you eliminate every odor?
No. Odors from smoke, pets, food or mildew can soak into foam, vents and areas that surface cleaning can’t reach. Our ozone treatment targets odor-causing molecules throughout the cabin to reduce odors. We can’t promise complete removal, especially with severe or long-standing smoke.
What is the difference between paint correction and ceramic coating?
Paint correction uses machine polishing to reduce visible defects such as swirl marks, haze and light scratches by refining the clear coat. Ceramic coating is a protective layer applied after the paint is cleaned, decontaminated and, when needed, corrected. Correction improves the paint. Coating protects it. A coating over damaged paint seals the damage in, so correction usually comes first when it’s needed.
Will paint correction remove every scratch?
No. Machine polishing can only reach defects within the clear coat. It can’t safely remove scratches that reach the base coat or primer, failed clear coat, paint thinned by earlier corrections, or poorly repaired damage. We inspect the paint and polish a test section before we commit to an approach.
Is ceramic coating scratch-proof?
No. A ceramic coating improves gloss and water behavior and makes the vehicle easier to maintain. It does not make the paint scratch-proof, chip-proof or immune to environmental damage. With proper care, a coating makes washing easier and helps stop contaminants from bonding. It is not a force field.
Can ceramic coating be applied outdoors?
It depends on the product, the conditions and the site. Ceramic coatings are sensitive to humidity, dust, direct sun, temperature and moisture. If your site doesn’t meet the product’s requirements, we recommend a covered or controlled space. We assess this during the consultation and won’t compromise an installation to avoid that conversation.
Why is correction and coating pricing listed "from"?
Because the final price depends on things we can only judge in person. That includes paint condition, defect depth, polishing needs, vehicle size, the surfaces being coated and the coating tier you choose. The “from” price is the minimum. We give you the actual quote after the inspection.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Rain, direct sun, wind and humidity can affect some services, especially exterior detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating. If the conditions put the quality or safety of the work at risk, we contact you and reschedule. You receive our cancellation and rescheduling policy when you book.
How do I prepare for a mobile detailing appointment?
Remove personal valuables from the vehicle. Tell us about any contamination when you book, such as pet hair, odors, mold or stains. Confirm that your property allows detailing, and get permission in advance for a condo or managed property. Make sure we can reach the vehicle and that someone is available to contact during the appointment.
Do you offer recurring appointments or maintenance plans?
Yes. After your first appointment, we recommend a maintenance interval based on how you use the vehicle, its condition and any protection applied. You can book recurring maintenance details to keep it clean between larger services.
How do I get an accurate estimate?
Send your vehicle’s year, make and model through our estimate form, with photos of the interior and exterior. Tell us about any concerns, such as stains, odors, pet hair or paint issues. We review everything and reply with an itemized estimate before you commit to anything.
