This Privacy Policy explains what information Highness Mobile Detailing collects when you visit our website, book a detail, sign up for our newsletter or contact us, how we use that information, who we share it with and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English so you can see exactly how your information is handled.
Last updated: October 9, 2026.
1. Who we are.
Highness Mobile Detailing (“Highness”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a mobile vehicle detailing business. We come to you and detail your vehicle at your home, your workplace or another approved location in Palm Beach County, Florida. We do not operate a storefront.
If you have a question about this policy or your information, you can reach us at [email protected], by phone at (728) 219-4101 or through our contact page.
2. What this policy covers.
This policy applies to information we collect through our website, through our online booking and newsletter forms, when you call, text or email us, and when we perform a service at your location. It does not cover other websites or services that we link to, such as social media platforms or review sites. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Terms of Service.
3. Information we collect.
We collect only the information we need to run our business, book and perform your service and stay in touch with you when you ask us to.
Information you give us when you book online.
Our online booking system runs on our own website. When you book an appointment, we ask for:
- Your first and last name, email address and phone number.
- The service you select, your vehicle size class, any add-ons and your preferred appointment date and time.
- Your vehicle’s year, make and model.
- The service address, including any apartment or suite number, and the ZIP code.
- The type of property where the service will take place, whether on-site detailing is allowed at that location and whether shade or cover is available.
- The interior and exterior condition of your vehicle and any specific concerns, such as pet hair, stains or odors.
- Any additional notes you choose to add.
- Whether you agree to receive appointment and service communications from us, which you indicate with a checkbox.
After you book, you may be offered an option to add the appointment to your own calendar. If you use it, the appointment details are added to the calendar you choose.
Information you give us when you join our newsletter.
If you sign up for our newsletter using the form in our website footer, we collect your email address. We then send you a confirmation email, and you are added to the list only after you confirm. This step helps make sure that nobody signs you up without your knowledge.
Information you share when you contact us.
When you call, text or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share. That may include your name, phone number, email address, details about your vehicle, photos of your vehicle and your questions or requests.
Information we collect during your service.
When we arrive, we may take photos of your vehicle before and after the work. We do this to document the condition of the vehicle and the results of the service. These photos help us answer questions later about what we found and what we did.
Payment information.
Payment is taken on site after the work is done. Our website does not collect payment card details.
Information collected automatically.
Like most websites, our hosting server and security tools automatically record certain technical information when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, the date and time of your visit and the page that referred you to our site. We use this information for security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse of the website.
We also use analytics built into our website’s own administration tools to see which pages are visited. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, our newsletter tool may record whether you open our emails or click links in them. Section 6 explains the cookies and similar technologies our site uses.
4. How we use your information.
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule, confirm, perform and follow up on your service.
- Send booking confirmations and appointment reminders by email.
- Contact you about your appointment, for example to confirm details, discuss your vehicle’s condition, let you know we are on the way or arrange a new time.
- Prepare for the job, including choosing the right products and equipment and estimating the time needed based on your vehicle and its condition.
- Respond to your questions, requests and concerns.
- Send our newsletter if you have signed up and confirmed your subscription.
- Keep records of the work we performed, including before and after photos.
- Keep business and tax records.
- Understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
- Protect our website, our business and our customers, including detecting and preventing security problems, fraud and abuse.
- Meet our legal obligations.
Photos of your vehicle.
We use photos of your vehicle in our gallery or marketing only with your permission. Without it, photos are kept for our records and the purposes described above.
5. Appointment calls, texts and emails.
When you book, you can agree to receive appointment and service communications from us. If you do, we may call or text you about your appointment, for example to confirm it, share an arrival time or tell you about a change caused by weather. We also send booking confirmations and reminders by email.
Message and data rates may apply to texts, depending on your mobile plan. You can reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts. You can also ask us to stop calling or texting you at any time by contacting us. If you opt out, we may still need to reach you by email or phone about an appointment you have already booked.
Our newsletter.
Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link and a link to a preferences page where you can manage your subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not stop emails about an appointment you have booked.
6. Cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar feature that lets a website save small pieces of information in your browser.
Our website uses them in the following ways:
- Necessary cookies. WordPress, which powers our website, and our booking and newsletter tools may set cookies that the site needs to work properly. These help with things like keeping a session active, protecting forms from abuse and remembering newsletter subscriber preferences.
- Newsletter recognition. Our newsletter tool may set a cookie to recognize subscribers.
- Display preference. If you switch between light and dark display modes, our site remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage so the site looks the way you prefer on your next visit.
- Google Maps. When the embedded map of our service area loads, Google may set its own cookies. See Section 7.
We do not use advertising cookies.
How to control cookies.
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies and local storage through their settings, usually under privacy or site data. You can also set your browser to alert you when a site tries to set a cookie. If you block necessary cookies, some parts of our website, such as the booking form, may not work correctly. Clearing your browser’s site data will also reset your saved light or dark display preference.
7. Third-party content and links.
Our website includes an embedded Google Maps map that shows our service area. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and may set cookies. Google handles that information under Google’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Our website also links to our Google Business Profile reviews and to our pages on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. When you follow those links, you leave our website, and the privacy policies of those sites apply. We are not responsible for how other websites collect or use information.
8. How we share information.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only in the following situations:
- Service providers. We use outside companies to help run our website and business. These include our website hosting provider, the email delivery services that send our booking emails and newsletters, and Google for the embedded map. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their services for us.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, regulation, court order or other legal process.
- Protecting rights and safety. We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Highness Mobile Detailing, our customers or others, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
- Business transfers. If our business is sold, merged or reorganized, or its assets are transferred, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your permission. We may share information in other ways when you ask us to or agree to it, such as using photos of your vehicle in our gallery.
9. How long we keep information.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. For example, we keep appointment records for our business and tax records, and we keep newsletter subscriber information while you are subscribed and as needed to honor an unsubscribe request. We may also keep information when we need it to resolve a dispute, enforce our agreements or meet a legal obligation.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it so it can no longer be linked to you.
10. How we protect information.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us right away.
11. Your choices and rights.
You have choices about the information we hold about you. You can:
- Access the personal information we have about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your personal information, subject to information we need to keep for legal, tax or business record purposes.
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter or the preferences page.
- Opt out of non-essential communications, including appointment texts, by replying STOP to a text or by contacting us.
- Withdraw permission to use photos of your vehicle in our gallery or marketing. We will stop using them going forward.
To make a request, email us at [email protected], call (728) 219-4101 or use our contact page. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before we act on a request, for example by confirming details of your booking.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. If you contact us about those rights, we will respond as the law requires.
12. Children’s privacy.
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we change how our website works or how we handle information. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make a significant change, we may also let you know in other ways, such as a notice on our website. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
