These Terms of Service explain how Highness Mobile Detailing works with you, from the moment you book to the end-of-service walk-through, and how you may use our website. We have written them in plain English so you know what to expect before we arrive. Please read them before you book.
Last updated: October 9, 2026.
1. Who we are.
Highness Mobile Detailing (“Highness”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a mobile vehicle detailing business. We come to you and detail your vehicle at your home, your workplace or another approved location in Palm Beach County, Florida. We do not operate a storefront.
In these terms, “you” and “your” mean the person who books or receives our services, or who uses our website. “Services” means the detailing services, packages and add-ons we offer. “Website” means this website and its pages, including our online booking and newsletter forms.
2. Agreeing to these terms.
By booking a service with us, by allowing us to perform a service, or by using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book with us or use the website.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. It is part of how we do business, and we encourage you to read it alongside these terms.
3. Our services and pricing.
Our current services, packages and add-ons are described on our Services and Pricing pages. Those pages describe what each service includes. If anything about a service is unclear, please contact us before you book and we will explain it.
Pricing by vehicle size and condition.
Our prices are set by vehicle size class and by the condition of the vehicle. The size classes are:
- Sedan/Coupe
- SUV/Truck
- Van/XL
You choose a size class when you book. We confirm the class from the details and any photos you provide, and again when we arrive and see the vehicle in person. If the vehicle belongs in a different class than the one selected, we will tell you before we start.
Heavy soiling and extra work.
Some conditions take much more time and effort than a standard detail. Examples include heavy pet hair, sand, severe stains, biological contamination and long-term neglect. These conditions can change the time needed and the price of the service.
If we find conditions like these, we will tell you before doing any additional work. We charge only for additional work you approve.
4. Paint correction and ceramic coating.
Paint correction and ceramic coating depend heavily on the current state of the paint, so we cannot set a final price without seeing the vehicle. These services are listed with “from” prices. The final price is confirmed in writing after an on-site inspection.
The on-site consultation.
- Paint correction and ceramic coating start with a 30-minute on-site consultation.
- The consultation costs $50.
- If you decide to go ahead with the service, the $50 is included in, and credited toward, the service price.
- The consultation fee is non-refundable.
During the consultation we inspect the paint, explain what the service can and cannot achieve on your vehicle, and confirm the price in writing. You are free to decide whether to proceed.
5. Booking your appointment.
You can book online on our booking page, or by phone or email using the details in the “Contact us” section below.
- Bookings made at least 24 hours in advance are confirmed automatically.
- Same-day requests are pending until we approve them. Submitting a same-day request does not reserve the time.
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from us. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us before assuming the appointment is set.
When you book, we ask for details about you, your vehicle and the service location, such as the vehicle’s year, make and model, the service address, the property type, whether on-site detailing is allowed, whether shade or cover is available, and the vehicle’s interior and exterior condition. Accurate answers help us bring the right equipment, plan the right amount of time and quote the right price.
6. Payment.
Payment is taken on site, after the work is done. Our website does not collect payment card details.
The amount due is the price for the service you booked, adjusted for any vehicle size class confirmed on arrival and any additional work you approved. For paint correction and ceramic coating, the amount due is the price confirmed in writing after the inspection, with the $50 consultation fee credited toward it.
7. Cancelling or rescheduling.
Plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible by phone, email or through our contact page. Early notice lets us offer the time to another customer and find you a new time that works.
The one fee that is not refundable is the $50 consultation fee for paint correction and ceramic coating, as described in section 4.
8. Weather.
Because we work outdoors at your location, weather matters. Rain, direct sun, wind and humidity can affect some services, especially paint correction, coatings and other exterior work.
If conditions put the quality of the work or anyone’s safety at risk, we may reschedule your appointment. If that happens, we will work with you to find a new time.
9. Your responsibilities.
A good detail depends on both of us. When you book with us, you agree to:
- Give accurate booking information, including your contact details, the vehicle, its size and condition, and the service address.
- Make sure we have permission to work at the location. Some homeowners associations, condominiums, landlords and employers have rules about vehicle washing or detailing on their property. It is your responsibility to confirm the work is allowed where the vehicle will be.
- Provide a safe, legal place for us to park and work.
- Meet the site requirements confirmed at booking, such as access to water, power or enough space around the vehicle.
- Remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle before the appointment.
- Tell us about anything we should know, including known damage, aftermarket parts, prior repairs or repaints, wraps, window tint, and any mechanical or electrical issues.
- Be available, or arrange access, at the start and end of the appointment, so we can get into the vehicle, review it with you, and complete the end-of-service walk-through.
If we arrive and cannot do the work because of a problem with access, permission or site conditions, we will talk with you about the options, including rescheduling.
10. Inspection, pre-existing conditions and realistic results.
Inspection before we start.
We inspect the vehicle before we begin work. This helps us spot existing damage and set honest expectations about what the service can achieve. We may take photos as part of this inspection (see section 13).
What we are not responsible for.
We are not responsible for:
- Damage or defects that existed before our service.
- Defects that cleaning reveals but does not cause, such as scratches, chips, failing clear coat or worn upholstery that was hidden under dirt, wax or grime.
- Items left in the vehicle.
What detailing can and cannot do.
Detailing improves the look and cleanliness of a vehicle, but it has limits. We do not guarantee that every stain, odor, scratch or swirl can be removed. Results depend on the condition of the vehicle, the materials involved and how long a problem has been there.
- Paint correction can only address defects within the clear coat. Defects that go deeper than the clear coat cannot be corrected by polishing.
- Ceramic coatings are not scratch-proof, chip-proof or maintenance-free. We do not promise any specific lifespan for a coating.
We will tell you what we can realistically expect for your vehicle, especially during the paint correction and ceramic coating consultation.
11. Our right to refuse or stop service.
We may refuse to start a service, or stop a service that is underway, if:
- The conditions at the location are unsafe.
- The vehicle contains hazardous contamination, such as biohazards, mold or pests.
- Anyone at the location behaves abusively toward our team.
- We do not have permission to perform the work at the location.
If we have to refuse or stop a service, we will explain why.
12. Concerns after your service.
We want you to be happy with the result, and we want to hear about it if something is not right. At the end of the appointment, please review the vehicle with us during the walk-through.
If you have a concern, tell us before we leave, or as soon as possible afterward if you notice something later. Reaching out promptly lets us inspect the issue and, where appropriate, address it. You can reach us by phone, email or through our contact page.
Raising a concern does not by itself mean that additional work, a repeat service or a refund will be provided. We will look at each concern honestly and let you know how we can help.
13. Photos of your vehicle.
We may take photos of your vehicle before and after the work to document its condition and the results. These photos help us record pre-existing conditions and respond to any questions about the service.
We use photos of your vehicle in our gallery or marketing only with your permission. Our Privacy Policy explains more about how we handle photos and other information.
14. Using our website.
General information.
The content on our website is provided for general information about our business and services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that every detail on it will be complete at all times. If something on the website conflicts with what we confirm to you for a specific booking, the confirmed details for your booking apply.

You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse our content, logo or photos for any other purpose without our written permission.

- Use automated tools to scrape or collect content or information from the website.
- Use the website to send spam or unsolicited messages.
We may block access to the website, or decline a booking, if we believe someone is misusing it.
15. Third-party sites and content.
Our website includes an embedded Google Maps map of our service area and links to other sites, such as our Google Business Profile reviews, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We do not control those sites or their content. When you use or visit them, their own terms and privacy policies apply, not ours. A link from our website does not mean we endorse everything on the linked site.
16. Disclaimer of warranties.
To the extent permitted by law, our website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We perform our services with care, but we do not offer any service warranty or guarantee beyond what the law requires. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.
17. Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as loss of use of the vehicle, lost time or lost income, arising from our services or your use of the website.
- We are not liable for losses caused by the matters described in section 10, such as pre-existing damage, defects revealed by cleaning, or items left in the vehicle.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
18. Governing law and venue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms, our services or our website will be brought in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before taking any formal step, we encourage you to contact us first. Most concerns can be resolved with a conversation.
19. Changes to these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example when our services, booking process or legal requirements change. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
20. Severability and entire agreement.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these terms will remain in full effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, your booking confirmation and, for paint correction and ceramic coating, the price we confirm to you in writing, make up the entire agreement between you and Highness Mobile Detailing about our services and website. If we do not enforce any part of these terms right away, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
